POLICIES

CENTER POLICIES

We strive to give you our very best to enhance your experience at Rest & Revive Float Center. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you and to create a harmonious environment where our Float Center Staff can focus on your needs. We know you will have a pleasant experience with us as we strive to exceed your expectations!

 

FIRST VISIT

Arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to your first float therapy session to allow plenty of time to check in and prepare. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your therapy, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Please shower before and after your float (our suites include a private shower for you to use). After your float is over, take a quick shower to wash off all of the salt. Then, get dressed and come to our post-float restrooms to do your hair and makeup, but please limit your time in consideration of clients who have appointments after you. We provide hair dryers for your convenience.

 

LATE POLICY

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other clients' floats and are charged at full value. Last-minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time on the same day and other clients are not inconvenienced.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Rest & Revive Float Center has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you miss your appointment, cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hour notification, you will be charged a 50% fee of the cost of your scheduled float. This policy is in place out of respect for other clients who were unable to book that time slot. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are difficult to fill, and by giving late notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule that time slot. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled float session fee as it provides us with no opportunity to fill the slot.

 

You are in control of your float. If you decide to end your scheduled float session early, you are still responsible to pay for the entire float session as the suite was reserved for you.  Therefore, all float sales are final, with no refunds. Gift certificate/card sales are final, with no refunds. Should you not wish to redeem a gift certificate/card, you can use it as a credit toward retail items. If an appointment made to redeem a gift certificate/card is not canceled or rescheduled within the reasonable times as stated in the policies above, we will be unable to redeem your certificate/card.

We understand that life happens, but we also appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

One-month memberships can be purchased on a month-to-month basis, or auto-renewed at your discretion. Your membership fee must be paid-in-full by the date of your first scheduled appointment. The date of payment represents the first day of your membership and will continue for 30-days. If you choose to cancel your membership, you must provide 2 weeks notice by email, phone or in person. If you cancel your membership but have already used one (1) or more of your floats, you will be charged 100% regular single float session fee for the floats you have used. There are no refunds for gift cards/certificates or the Intro 3-Pack Float series. You cannot transfer floats from the Intro to memberships before or after expiration. 

PAYMENTS & GRATUITY

Rest & Revive Float Center accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover as payment. Gratuity is not required, but if you have a truly remarkable experience and would like to reward an employee with a tip, feel free to do so.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Please notify our Float Center Staff before reserving your float therapy session if you have special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. All Float Center clients will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in designed with your well-being in mind. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Center clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive float therapy. Individuals under age 18 must have permission from the parent or guardian (a form provided by the Center must be signed by the parent or guardian in person on the premises). If you have a child that is under the age of 18 and believe they can benefit from float therapy, please see our SPECIAL CONDITIONS page dedicated to answering your questions.

QUIET ENVIRONMENT

As a courtesy to other clients, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones must be put on silent or vibrate while in the Center. Cell phone use is discouraged, as the time at the Center should be focused on synergizing your mind, body and soul.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available for float sessions, or dollar amounts to be used to purchase retail items. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. If you are the recipient of a donated or auctioned gift certificate, in order to be redeemed, you must hand the gift certificate to our receptionist. Donation certificates are not transferable, and expiration dates may not be changed or extended. See also CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY for more information.

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Although we make every effort to keep our website and service menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time without notice. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

VISITORS & WALK-INS

We are very happy you chose to visit us or walked-in to see if an opening is available! However, our float-clients deserve 100% of our attention in order for us to maintain the best possible service. You cannot be guaranteed immediate assistance in person at the Center when you visit, as we may be conducting an orientation or service with reserved clients, or maintaining our float suites/tanks before our next client arrives. You will be extended this same courtesy when you arrive for your session once an appointment is scheduled for you. We will never make exceptions for this rule; our clients are everything to us and they deserve their right to our attention as well as their own privacy. You are welcome to relax in our lobby if we cannot assist you immediately. A member of our staff will be with you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
